Dainese
During my time at Change design, I developed the brand identity and exterior graphics for the Dainese MotoGP hospitality truck: D–Mobile, a key visibility asset travelling across international racing circuits. The goal was to create a high-impact, motorsport-driven visual language that communicated Dainese’s mission in protection, performance, and human-centered innovation.

The design concept was built around the rider’s dynamic racing posture, translating the folded body position into inclined, aerodynamic lines that express speed, velocity, and forward motion. The side graphics reinterpret the lateral silhouette of the rider and the evolving axis of head, back, and legs, reinforcing the connection between technology, biomechanics, and performance gear — a core pillar of the Dainese DNA.

By combining motorsport aesthetics, body-centric geometry, and brand storytelling, the truck became a mobile brand statement, enhancing Dainese’s presence in the MotoGP paddock and strengthening visibility across global tracks.

During my time at Change design, I worked on the retail design and brand identity development for Italia Independent, the innovative eyewear brand founded by Lapo Elkann. The projects focused on combining the brand’s material experimentation, technical innovation, and fashion-driven language with strong Made in Italy values.

Francesca Tosin designed large-scale prints, optical and camouflage graphics, corporate wallpapers, branded panels, and totems for stores and corners in Italy and France. I also developed installations for key industry events, including Vogue Fashion’s Night Out, MIDO, Pitti Firenze, and multiple points of sale across Europe.

This work reinforced Italia Independent’s retail identity and visual presence, supporting the brand’s growth in the eyewear and sunglasses market.

In less than a year at Selle San Marco, Francesca Tosin worked across the brand’s entire communication and product universe, contributing to a full 360° design approach. My role spanned social media content, catalogue layout, product photography direction, and the development of the saddle visual language.

The journey concluded with the design support for the fair booth at Friedrichshafen (Eurobike) — an intense and exciting moment that brought together storytelling, brand identity, and cycling culture.

I contributed to the design and development of the 1100 sqm Pirelli PZero flagship store in Milan. The concept showcased rubber as the core DNA of the brand, integrating technology, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
The two-floor layout combined the PZero apparel and footwear collection with a live laboratory where bespoke rubber outsoles were created. Inside this lab area, a yellow Lamborghini Miura equipped with Pirelli tyres highlighted the brand’s heritage and engineering legacy.

Custom-made furniture and lighting were developed using rubber combined with MDF, with embossed textures echoing Pirelli’s material language. An automated robot installation arranged the PZero rain boots, reinforcing the industrial identity.

The basement served as a media zone, featuring a 1:1 inflatable rubber boat section and an inflatable stool created with the same technology. I also designed the store infographics to guide visitors through the brand’s narrative and material innovations.
